About Me
I am a British trained psychotherapist with a post-graduate diploma in Human Givens psychotherapy.
I have completed the Clinical Training in Mind/Body Medicine Programme at Harvard Medical School.
Mind/Body Medicine is of special interest because although depression and anxiety are mood disorders the initial signs are very often experienced as physical symptoms which can appear as insomnia, unexplained fatigue, back pain, unwelcome tears, stomach problems, sweaty palms or even panic attacks.
I see patients in my comfortable private office located in Rowlandson House on the border of Finchley and North Finchley.
Hanging on the wall in my office you will find two photographs, one is of Abraham Lincoln and the other is of Winston Churchill, both men each of whom holds a significant place in history, suffered from depression.
It is my goal to help you get over your depression and learn how to avoid it in the future.
